HOKEY POKEY

HOKEY POKEY.

METHOD:

  • Put all ingredients except backing soda in saucepan over low heat.

  • Raise heat slightly so it's bubble, stir until sugar dissolves.

  • Take off heat.
  • Add baking soda & stir (observe)
        -the backing soda hardened the mixture.

  • Pour carefully onto tin foil.

  • Allow to cool.

EQUIPMENT.

  • Saucepan.

  • Spoon

  • 50g sugar.



  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • 1 TBSP golden syrup.
