HOKEY POKEY.
METHOD:
- Put all ingredients except backing soda in saucepan over low heat.
- Raise heat slightly so it's bubble, stir until sugar dissolves.
- Take off heat.
- Add baking soda & stir (observe)
-the backing soda hardened the mixture.
- Pour carefully onto tin foil.
EQUIPMENT.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1 TBSP golden syrup.
