MY EXPERIENCE ON GROWING NEW ZEALAND INNOVATION CHALLENGE.

INTRODUCTION:

Hi, everyone, it's Ofa here and in the past few weeks we have been working on a project which was GROWING NEW ZEALAND INNOVATION CHALLENGE and we were asked to work in a group of four or three so we can work together to create what we were told to do, and we were given each topic to choose what we want to do and our group and our group choose CAREERS AND CAPABILITY. The problem was the primary sector offers too many opportunities in the field of agri-science and business industry, however, they still fail to attract more people in the field of agri-science and business industry. Our challenge was to create a solution of how to persuade youth to be interested in the field of agri-science and business.

Reflection:

Being in this project, we made too many flaws and hardships. The struggles have begun from doing our prototype. We are thinking so deep into our problem but that just made us be out of the topic. We exerted too much effort thinking about what should we do here, what should we do about this…. but what we all have to do is a simple but important idea. We might struggle with doing this but we managed to finish it and we are satisfied with what we have done. This experience was not just a normal research, it is challenging but most important is we learned something from it and we enjoyed. Overall, this experience stressed us out yet we enjoyed it a lot.
